Ms Kelly Ser is a corporate employee by day and free-spirited artisan by night. Her portfolio of works focuses mainly on portraits and contemporary oil on canvas creations. She draws inspiration from events, emotions and experiences in her life, and has a penchant for capturing human interactions, emotions and their physical forms.
The ability to perceive, create and re-define the world through her own eyes fuels her passion for oil painting. Kelly’s works have been acquired by an international audience and auctioned at various Charity events.
Glacy Soh resumed her ‘love affair’ with paints and brushes 2 years ago after a hiatus of 33 years. She paints mostly on commission and works in her home studio. Glacy’s forte lies in her ability to use different media to capture different genres of work. She paints in oil, water color, oil pastels and sketches with micro pigment ink pens. Her work is varied and she keeps each piece unique and different. In the 2 years since she started painting, she has held an exhibition with her classmates, had her work auctioned and her pieces sold to places beyond the shores of Singapore.
It is the artist’s objective to convey hope and cheer to all who view her work. If a picture paints a thousand words, she hopes people will take a moment and see what she has to say…in her paintings.
